DAY 25 - GARIN FARM TRIP

 Garin Farm Trip

Because tomorrow Nia uda returns to Indonesia, so today we will tour Garin Farm with busies and some people from the faculty of education. So we have prepared and departed from the morning so that when we arrive at Garin Farm it is not too late, because the journey from ISAT U BNC to Garin Farm is far. But because we woke up late, we had breakfast in the car. We brought rice, sardines and boiled eggs. Because of the long journey, most of the time I fell asleep because otherwise I am afraid that I will experience motion sickness.

After a long journey, we finally arrived at Garin Farm. Near the entrance there are shops selling souvenirs. Ma'am Tess and Ma'am Dilag gave me and Nia woven bags and hats as gifts. I am very happy and grateful, these items can be a reminder for me about the Philippines. We also took some photos together.

After distributing each ticket, we entered Garin Farm. During the trip to the top, we were presented with views of livestock. Many animals are farmed there, such as chickens, ducks, and buffaloes. We also took photos at a replica of a traditional Filipino house. When we reached the top we could see a beautiful view of the lake and pigeons flying. Although today's weather is cloudy, it does not reduce the existing natural beauty. We rested in front of the restaurant and took photos at some good spots.

It didn't rain hard after that, so we had to go inside the restaurant to avoid getting wet. We also enjoyed lunch together while waiting for the rain to stop. After the rain subsided, we started climbing the stairs to the top of Garin Farm. At Garin Farm there are 480 steps. We started climbing one by one stairs, but because the stairs there were not too high, I took 2 stairs at each step to get to the top faster. When I reached the top I could see the whole scene below. From the trees to the ocean.

After that we started entering the dark tunnel to head inside. When we got to the top everything was white so we had to eat sunglasses to avoid sun glare. We took some photos. After that we rested for a while and went back down. Shortly after that we traveled home. Thank you ISAT U BNC for taking us on a trip and making memories together.
